These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers subscribing to the Izzywizzyroo Subscription Box. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Overview

 

The Izzywizzyroo Subscription Box is a monthly recurring subscription priced at £19.99 per month.

 

Each box has a guaranteed Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of at least £25, offering subscribers exclusive value.

 

Boxes may include:

• Exclusive fabrics

• Limited edition designs

• Subscriber-only products

 

Items included in subscription boxes may not be available for general sale.

2. Payment Terms

• The monthly subscription fee is £19.99.

• Payment must be received by the 1st of each month.

• If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, your box for the following month will not be shipped.

• Failed payments may result in cancellation of your subscription.

3. Shipping Schedule

• Subscription boxes are shipped on or around the 7th of each month.

• If the 7th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, shipping may occur on the next working day.

• Shipping times once dispatched are subject to the courier’s delivery schedule.

4. Loyalty Vouchers

 

As a thank you for your continued support, subscribers will receive website spend vouchers in:

• Your 3rd box

• Your 5th box

• Your 10th box

 

Voucher amounts and terms of use will be stated at the time of issue. Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

• Cancellation must be made before the last day of the month to prevent the next month’s payment being taken.

• If payment has already been processed, that month’s box will still be shipped and cancellation will apply to the following month.

6. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of subscription boxes and exclusive fabrics/designs, refunds are not provided once a box has been shipped, unless the item is faulty.

 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
